Warranty Information

The following policies are applicable to BullGaming.Shop and Bull Gaming LLC products. Our Bull Gaming controllers are custom modified uniquely for You. We tailor our design to fit You, and therefore we cannot accept returns or provide you a refund for our controllers. We will always work with you to resolve issues, please contact us if we can be of assistance.

During the warranty period we will repair or replace parts that were modded per your order and are not working properly due to a defect or malfunction resulting from the build process. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our shop. If you are experiencing issues covered under our warranty, please contact our customer support prior to shipping back your controller for warranty service. Our customer support will be in touch with you within 48 hours so please make sure you provide us with your current contact information, as well as an email address you check often and the time(s) during the day to best contact you. Bull Gaming will not honor warranties on controllers that were not purchased directly through our website. Please note that your warranty is void if the controller has been opened in any way. Our warranty covers our work and the parts that were modded by Bull Gaming during the process of building your custom controller.

The following issues are not covered under any warranty:

  • Damage to our parts due to blunt force (for example: dropping the controller on a hard surface, throwing the controller after a frustrating match)

  • Normal “Wear and Tear” on the controller (parts and components will deteriorate over time with use)

  • Damage to the controller after exposure to water or fire

  • Crushed, cracked, or deformed cases

  • Stick drift, stick jitter or malfunctioning analog sticks

  • USB charging port issues

  • Wireless connectivity issues

  • Speakers/mic issues

  • Non-registering button issues

  • Light bar issues

Please reach out to us with a description of the specific issue you are experiencing, and our team will work with you and provide you with our recommendations for repair.
